Do you do customization for the furniture and wall décor?
Some customizations* are available in the following capacity:
- custom sizing, stain, and marbling colours on wall hangings
- custom lengths up to 99”, and custom staining on the dining tables
- custom sizing and stain on the coffee tables
*at this time we do not offer custom designs or base/leg customizations to our tables.

What are your lead times?
Design timelines are set after the in-home consultation, once we have reviewed the site and prepared a scope and fee proposal.
- Furniture and wall décor: typically 6–8 weeks
Lead times may be affected by our current work queue. Please reach out via our contact form for current inquiries.
Do you ship to the US?
We do not currently ship to the US through our website, however if you currently reside in the US and would like to purchase our products we can arrange that! Send us a message via our contact form for a custom quote for US customers.
What does full-service interior design include?
Full-service design is a comprehensive experience for renovations, new builds, and custom projects. It typically includes concept development, space planning, finish and fixture selection, custom millwork, lighting, furniture and styling curation, plus procurement and installation oversight. What does your design process look like?
Work moves through three phases: an Initial Design visit (consultation, discovery, scope, and fee proposal); Preliminary Design, where we plan the space, refine the concept, and make selections; and Final + Post Design, with construction-ready documents, site support, and a completion walkthrough. Do you offer construction management?
Yes. Construction management is hands-on support through the build — trade coordination, design clarification, site visits, issue resolution, and a final walkthrough so design intent is carried through. Learn more on our construction management page.
